Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
General Terms
Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. Personal use includes profile pictures, banners, stream layouts (decorations), or printing for yourself.
I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
Until it's prints, no physical product will be delivered. You will receive your commission either by email or on any social media you prefer.
Payments & Fees
All payments are upfront.
- PayPal is the only accepted payment method outside of VGen.
- All payments must be made in Euros (€).
- An NDA Fee (30€) applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly.
- A Complexity Fee (10-50€) may apply depending on the design detail and hours required.
Commercial Use
Commercial rights are available for an additional 50% of the total commission price.
You Can: Create, resell, and distribute digital or physical end-products made with the commissioned asset.
You Can't: Resell or redistribute the commissioned asset “as-is” without value-add modifications.
* Credit to the artist is required for all public uses.
Revisions & Process
To ensure you love the final artwork, revisions are structured as follows:
- You receive 4 free major revisions restricted to the sketch stage.
- Additional revisions cost 15€ each, paid before I continue working.
- Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless there is a mistake on my part.
- Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no additional cost.
Deadlines & Delivery
Commissions may take up to 3 months depending on complexity, queue size, health, or personal matters.
Rush Queue: To skip the queue, a rush fee of 30% of the total price applies.

If I do not hear back from you within two weeks after contacting you, I will deliver the commission as-is, and no refunds will be issued.
Intellectual Property
I, the artist, retain all intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership.
I reserve the right to use the artwork to:
- Promote myself and my digital art services.
- Post on social media networks.
- Feature the artwork in my online portfolio.
Commissioner Usage Rights
You May:
- •Use the artwork for personal displays (profile picture, banner).
- •Use the artwork on your streams, overlays, and socials.
- •Print the artwork for yourself.
- •Post the artwork on social media, provided credit is given to the artist (Naust).
You May NOT:
- •Use the artwork commercially without negotiating/purchasing commercial rights.
- •Claim the artwork as your own creation or fail to credit the artist.
- •Remove any of my signatures or watermarks.
- •Resell or redistribute the artwork physically as-is.
- •Modify the artwork without my consent.
- •Use the artwork to train AI, include it in AI datasets, or make NFTs.
- •Trace over my artwork in any way, including using it as a "base".
Refunds & Cancellations
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.
Once I start working on your project, refunds are no longer available.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited: Filing a chargeback will forfeit all usage rights to the artwork, place you on a public blacklist, allow me to resell/reuse the artwork, and result in a formal complaint.
Blacklist Policy
I value mutual respect and honest communication. Breaking any of the terms outlined in this document may result in being added to a permanent, public blacklist (with evidence).
This blacklist may be shared publicly and directly with other artists in the community to protect our rights and intellectual property.
Agreement of Service
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms, guidelines, and conditions above.
