Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or commission request.
1. Personal & Commercial Use
Unless stated or purchased otherwise, all commissions are for personal use only (e.g. social media avatars, banners, stream decorations, personal prints). For commercial use (such as merchandise, resell, VTuber branding, or promotional material), commercial rights must be explicitly negotiated and purchased.
2. Payment & Invoicing
Payments are handled securely via VGen or PayPal invoices. Work on a commission begins only after full payment or a pre-agreed upfront deposit has been received. Refunds are not available once the coloring stage has commenced.
3. Work in Progress & Revisions
I will provide regular updates during the process (usually during the rough sketch, lineart, and coloring phases). Major changes to the character pose, background, or elements must be requested during the sketching phase. Revisions during later stages are restricted to color adjustments.
4. Copyright & Ownership
As the artist, I retain the copyright and ownership of the original artwork. I reserve the right to post the completed commissions on my social media pages and portfolio. The client receives the license to use the final artwork for its intended purpose. The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation or register it for intellectual property without written consent.
5. Delivery & Final Files
Completed works are delivered digitally as high-resolution files (usually PNG or PSD format). Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary depending on complexity and slot queue. VTuber models are delivered as layered PSD files ready for Live2D rigging.
